Easter Dirt Cups

Yields: 6 cups

Equipment

• Whisk

• Mixing bowl

• Toothpicks

• Dessert Cups

• Piping Bag

• Food Processor

Ingredients

• 1 box of Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix & Pie Filling, 3.9 oz.

• 1 package of Oreos, crushed

• 6 strawberries, washed and dried

• 1 bag of orange candy melts, 12oz

• Easter sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare pudding according to instructions. Set aside.

2. After washing and throughly drying strawberries, insert a toothpick at the core. Set aside.

3. Melt candy melts according to instructions or download my guide for beginners.

4. Dip strawberries in chocolate and set aside to dry.

5. Pour left over chocolate in a piping bag and make a small cut at the tip.

6. Drizzle each strawberry with the chocolate. Set aside.

7. Add Oreos to the food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Set aside.

8. Fill each dessert cup with pudding. About half way. Top with crushed Oreos and sprinkles.

9. Remove toothpicks from strawberries and add to each dessert cup.
