Easter Cheesecake Shooters

Yields: 8-10 mini shooters

Time: 15 minutes


Equipment

  • Hand Mixer

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Dessert Cups

  • Easter Sprinkles

  • Piping Bag

  • Optional: Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 10 graham crackers

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz heavy whipping cream

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Easter sprinkles

  • Pink, blue and yellow gel food coloring

  • Robin eggs

Instructions

  1. Finely crush graham crackers in a food processor. Add 1/2 tbsp to each dessert cup.

  2. Add heavy whipping cream to a cold mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed until soft peak forms.

  3. Add cream cheese and beat until combined.

  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until the filling is smooth and airy.

  5. Divide filling into three bowls. Add food coloring to each bowl.

  6. Pour the cheesecake filling into 3 seperate piping bags. Cut tips.

  7. Pipe a small amount of blue cheesecake filling in each dessert cup.

  8. Add sprinkles to create a trifle effect.

  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 with remaining filling (pink and yellow).

  10. Finish off with sprinkles and add robin eggs to decorate.
