Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Equipment
Mini cupcake tray
Mini cupcake liners
Ingredients
Chocolate melting wafers
Creamy peanut butter
Instructions
In the microwave, melt chocolate in 30 second increments.
Fill cupcake liners with chocolate (about half way full).
Add 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter to each liner.
Top off with more chocolate and tap tray.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes until set. Enjoy!
