Christmas Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour

• 1 cup of butter (2 sticks at room temperature)

• 2 cups white granulated sugar

• 1 egg at room temperature

• 3 tsp milk

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 2 tsp baking powder

• Christmas sprinkles for rolling

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder.

3. In a mixer cream together the butter and sugar for 3-5 minutes.

4. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.

5. Add in half of the dry ingredients to the mixer. Mix until just combined.

6. Add 3 tsp milk and remaining dry ingredients. Combine.

7. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough into sprinkles and roll.

8. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
