Mini Peanut Butter Cups


Equipment

  • Mini cupcake tray

  • Mini cupcake liners

Ingredients

  • Chocolate melting wafers

  • Creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. In the microwave, melt chocolate in 30 second increments.

  2. Fill cupcake liners with chocolate (about half way full).

  3. Add 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter to each liner.

  4. Top off with more chocolate and tap tray.

  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until set. Enjoy!
