Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls

So fluffy and soft!


These soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls are trending all over tik tok, and I've been dying to try them. I modified the recipe with the seasonal Pillsbury pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls and added pecans for crunch.


Prepare to be in awe, these double in size after they soak up the heavy cream in the pan. You can add pecans before, or after baking but make sure to cover the pan with foil. This will keep the tops from burning.


Enjoy these warm and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They won't disappoint!



Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls


For the Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 can Pillsbury Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 stick of butter (melted)

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Topping

  • Chopped pecans

  • Ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. In a bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar and pumpkin spice.

  3. Place cinnamon rolls in a 9 by 13 in cake pan. Pour in heavy cream.

  4. Add the brown sugar mixture to the top of each cinnamon roll.

  5. Sprinkle with pecans and cover with aluminum foil.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the rolls have absorbed most of the heavy cream.

  7. Add icing that comes with the rolls. Serve warm.
